Ingredients:

1/4 cup hummus

1 tsp mustard

juice of 2 lemons

2 cloves garlic

2 tbsp chopped capers

1 tbsp caper juice

1 tsp salt

3 tbsp olive oil

1/3 cup nutritional yeast OR grated Parmesan cheese
Mix dressing well and toss it into a bed of finely chopped romaine, green onion, & alfalfa sprouts.
In a pan, toast 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 cup panko, and 1 tsp minced garlic until golden brown, then top the salad with as little of as much as you want!
